African dish Recipe


Supplies for the pot:
A can of Hunt's tomato sauce
2 jalapeno peppers
1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon rosemary
1 / 2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
2 stalks of celery
1 / 2 teaspoon curry powder
Canola oil
Seeds 1 teaspoon funnel
2 small onions
Water
Blender

First, chop the onion, celery and jalapeno and put in the blender. Add funnel seeds and water well. Blend the mixture together. Heat a skillet with a lid ceasefire and add canola oil (enough). Open the tomato sauce and add the canola oil. Let the tomato sauce cook over high heat. Once the tomato sauce is jumping from the frying pan, add the blended mixture. Add the curry powder and thyme and stir. Let the sauce cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add salt and chopped rosemary in hand to enhance the flavor. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes (make sure there is enough oil or acid taste stew)

Fish Supplies:
Tilapia (or your choice of fish)
Adobo seasoning (you can find in the supermarket aisle Spanish)
Pan
Canola oil

Heat canola oil in skillet.
Season the fish with the marinade.
Make sure the oil is hot put the fish and cook until brown.
