Instructions:
The burgers:
In a large bowl, combine ground meat thoroughly, egg, 1 clove minced garlic, 3 teaspoons. brown sugar, chili powder and one tablespoon two. of beer. Make into patties (hamburgers for seven or eight small). In a well-oiled grill, grill burgers, Montreal Steak ® spraying pepper seasoning and seasoned on each side of the burgers while grilling. Serve on toasted hamburger buns and top with beer braised onion sauce (below).
The beer braised onion sauce:
Melt the butter in a skillet (avoid excessive heat). Add the onion and remaining garlic clove and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add half the remaining beer and soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. brown sugar and mustard yellow. Cook until the beer has been well absorbed by the onions and the onion is lightly brown. Add remaining beer and simmer for a while.
