Espresso Brownie Pudding

2 tablespoons of espresso preparation, if you do not have an espresso machine espresso coffee can be instantaneous following the instructions. (* See note below).

1 / 4 cup almonds

Stir until smooth and transfer dough in a baking dish 1 quart. I prefer to use a 3 - cup Pyrex baking dish.

Espresso chocolate dessert combining the following:

1 / 2 cup boiling water

1 / 4 cup hot espresso prepared (see note below *).

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 / 3 cup sugar

Stir until well blended.

Pour this liquid into the top of the dough. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 25-28 minuets. or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Serve warm or, ideally, rather hot from the oven. Makes 4 servings. This recipe can easily be doubled and put in a 8 by 8 inch baking pan.

Whenever I make a cup of espresso sweetened with always about 3 teaspoons of sugar in a pot of 4 servings of espresso. I use this sweet coffee for this recipe, that way you get to enjoy a cup small cup of espresso as I am doing my dessert. Even if you are not drinking coffee a cup of tea, so to speak, even to sweeten the coffee according to this recipe.
