Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Put the apples, 2 tbsp. sugar and water in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 4-5 minutes. Mix the cinnamon is poured into an ovenproof dish.
2. 2. Beat the butter and remaining sugar using a wooden spoon. Add the eggs, vanilla essence and flour.Beat until it is soft and creamy.
3. Spoon mushroom mixture over the apples and smooth down lightly with back of spoon.
4. bake for 30-35 minutes.
