Delicious Madarine Chicken Salad



The third change has been, I was dry Cranberry extract. Dried fruit is about 160 calories a salad from the clutches slipping.

The fourth and last mandarins of changes in sugary syrup, sugar - free use of Mandarin orange. Sugar - 70 kcal with April 4 mandarins versus sugary syrup is 40 Kcal.

My version of a dark green romaine, sugar - free mandarin oranges, tomatoes, gluten - free, brown rice, crusty bread slices of chicken breast, tomato, ¼ cup pecans, ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles and raspberry vinaigrette is light. This small change does not change the taste drastically cut by half the caloric intake.

Elements:

Boneless chicken breasts
1 cup of brown rice and bread crumbs
Tomato
2 cups of romaine
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup Pecan half
A light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Fat / calorie oil spray
4 cups of sugar-free Monte Mandarin Oranges
The eggs (separate egg white).
