Prepare Chicken Saagwala


Method:

Heat oil in a skillet and when hot enough, it requires the addition of cumin seeds to it. When the cumin seeds begin to splutter add garlic and ginger paste and bay leaf and saute until they turn brown.
Now add the onions. Saute until they turn soft and pink.
Turn the flame to high and add chicken and onion. Turn the chicken when it becomes blackish brown in color.
Now reduce the flame allow heat is reduced. Cook chicken until tender. Keep stirring in the middle of a couple of times.
Now add the tomato paste and continue stirring until the fat begins to separate.
Now add garam masala, salt and red pepper and mix well.
Add spinach and saute the chicken for 2-3 minutes say.
Turn it around for a while (a minute or so).
Serve hot.
Garnish with cream.
