Tasty Pork and Beef Roast Recipes


Soy sauce, liquid smoke, pineapple, orange juice and lemon, orange and lemon zest and sugar in a medium saucepan combine. The mixture to a boil over medium heat, cornstarch, stirring constantly, add the mixture thick.

Slow cooker or crockpot meat space. Mixture on half of the roast, pour mixture on your balance.

Heat remaining sauce mixture over the pork and serve.

Chuck roast mushroom-Dijon
1 (2 2/3 to 3 lb) chuck roast, fat trimmed and cut Strips of meat,
1 package (12 ounces) fresh white mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Hot buttered noodles for serving

Beef, mushroom, onion, salt in slow cooker or crockpot, and pepper together. Meat of the pot and simmer for 8 to 10 hours of coverage on the location of the tender.
