Burger making process

The milling process:

once you have the meat you would like to make hamburgers prepared, the next step in the process is fed through the grinder. For this step you can use a real meat grinder or use a Kitchen Aid attachment with a meat grinder. While the Kitchen Aid will not work well as a real mill, still will help you get the job done.

The mill is equipped with a top-loading tray where the meat is placed to run through the grinder. When ready, place a handful of pieces of meat in the loading tray, turn the mill in a lower average speed, and then begin feeding on the flesh at the mill with the power tool. A few things to consider before this process: make sure you have a bowl or some kind of container to collect the flesh, and leaving the mill, and make sure you have the attachment on the right road to make hamburgers. There are a number of different blade attachments that can be used to grind, chop and cut the meat, as it is fed through, so you want to make sure you have the right to make hamburgers.Press the meat down into the feed tube until all the meat has been introduced in the mill. Continue to grab a handful of meat and place it on the pallet. Repeat the process of loading and feeding of meat through the grinder until all meat has been processed.

Packaging and Storage of hamburger:

The last step in the process of making burgers with a grinder involves packaging and storage of the burger, once you have gone through the milling process. One of the best things you can do to prolong the life of your package of hamburger and seal with a vacuum sealer. If it does, remove air from the containers and keep the burger in a hermetic environment which is protected from freezer burn and harmful bacteria.
