Preparation:
In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, olives, peppers, half the garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and half the oregano, bring to a simmer over medium heat. At the same time, brown the ground turkey with half the oregano, half the garlic and other spices that you prefer for taste. When the sauce begins to thicken pour into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour the puree into the cooked turkey meat and bring to a simmer. Pour the sauce over the cooked whole wheat pasta and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
