The Italian chef Nick Greens
Elements:
Swiss Chard 1 bunch
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
4 tape anchovies finely, chopped
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Make sure it is completely clean and free of dirt Wash Swiss Chard. Swiss Chard, approximately 1 cm Strips chop. Salted water and boil for about 5 minutes or until stems are tender when tested with a fork.
And drain set aside. Olive oil, garlic, anchovies in a large non-stick, 3 minutes (always stirring) to the skillet over medium heat and dry chilli heat. Swiss Chard, add drained, stir and cook 3 minutes. Taste, before adding any salt.
