Delicious Pork And Jalapeno Frittata


I used this frittata raw pork, so I use different ways to cook it a little.

Olive oil and a few tablespoons, a medium sized skillet (10-11 inches diameter) down. I let the hot oil. Pork, onion, bell pepper, garlic and jalapeno, salt and pepper and add the pork roast. In a bowl whisk the eggs slowly, pour mixture on top. Shake pan, make sure the eggs are spreading. Reduce heat to medium, and the frittata is set to the center of the lid, or you have a few minutes for the oven (350 degrees) can be used in the pan. When the frittata is golden brown and set in the center, be it out onto a plate and enjoy!
