Testy Avocado Pasta Recipe

The garlic is optional, obviously this is something that can be a deal breaker when it comes to whether or not to go to dinner, if you're not a big fan of garlic, then set aside, or use it minimally.

Let's cook

Fill your pot sized between 1/3 and 1/2 with water and bring to the plate to boil. When brought to the boil, put in the paste, taking the heat to a moderate level. It must be cooked in about 8 minutes, but try a swirl or two-time approaching.

While pasta is cooking, you can start making the sauce.

Open your blender and put in the garlic, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and add the avocado (which already have been cut into smaller pieces), salt and basil. Mix again until the contents are as a cream.

Once the pasta has boiled to your liking, remove from heat and drain in colander. Once drained, put the pasta in a large bowl and com blender sauce on top. Mix with wooden spoon, and / or draw, until the sauce and the pasta is thoroughly mixed together.

Sprinkle with black pepper and serve as soon as possible. The best way to eat hot or warm, and reheat suggest.
