Testy Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Recipe

Mix all dry ingredients (except salt and black pepper), Scotch Bonnet peppers, scallions and garlic in a bowl. Then add the soy sauce and stir until mixture is moist. Add coarse salt and black pepper at this time. You can easily double this recipe and refrigerate what is not used. It will keep for several days this way.
