Tips for Making Glazed Donuts


Icing sugar - one and a half cups
Cocoa powder - four tablespoons
Milk - two tablespoons
On vanilla extract - two teaspoons
How Glazed Donuts

Add two tablespoons of yeast three-quarters of a cup of hot milk in a medium bowl. (Let the first donuts and chocolate glaze for donuts.)
Gradually add three quarters of a cup of flour in the bowl and mix to a smooth paste. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl, take the rest of the hot milk and combined with the remaining yeast. Now, this bowl add the mixture from step 2, in collaboration with yellow sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Mix the "average" temperature until the dough is smooth and creamy.

The dough should pull away from sides of the cup, and be soft and moist enough to deploy. When you are satisfied with the consistency, cover the container and refrigerate for one hour. You can refrigerate up to 12 hours.
