Lasagna Rolls Recipe

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (processed serve the variety as well as fresh, and reduce your cost)
1 egg
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (you can make this yourself or buy your favorite store brand of a shortcut)
Like other lasagna recipes, work should be divided into several steps.

Step One: Boil the noodles according to package directions. Once completed, shock with cold water and lay on a paper towel to dry.

Second step: Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain. Add the spaghetti sauce. Place half of the mixture at the bottom of the pan lasagne.

Step Three: Once the noodles are cooled, tap them with a paper towel to remove excess water (this will make the process easier spread). Place them on a piece of parchment paper. Mix the ricotta cheese and egg. Spread mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta, then a layer of Parmesan. Place the spinach on top of the cheese. (This is also where you can add any favorite ingredient.) Step Four: Roll up! Place rolls in pan of lasagna. Be sure to place the end of the roller in the bottom of the pan to avoid un-rolling during the cooking process.
