Ingredients

frozen thin crust pizza with cheese
1/2
cup thinly sliced mushrooms (about five)
1/2
cup chopped green pepper
1/2
cup diced red bell pepper cup
3-4
slices Canadian bacon, coarsely chopped
Mix
1 cup of Mozzarella, Romano and Asiago cheese
Italian
oregano to taste

tablespoons extra light olive oil.
Method
Preheat
oven to 425 degrees. Cover the edges of the pizza pan with cooking spray. Set
the crust on bread and vegetables in layers starting with the mushrooms first,
then red and green peppers and Canadian bacon. Sprinkle mixed cheese on top of
the pizza. Sprinkle top with oregano. Drizzle olive oil around the edge of the
pizza and a little on top. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 15-20
minutes. Scattering fresh basil leaves to the hot pizza. Makes four servings.
