4 Recipes for No Bake Pie Crusts



1. ) Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs in a zip top bag with a rolling pin . Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well with your fingers.

Two . ) Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie plate .

Three . ) Put in refrigerator to cool .

Almond Cream Pie Crust

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup toasted almond slivers

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 tablespoon cream

1. ) Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs and toasted almonds with a rolling pin or food processor .

Two . ) Mix butter, almond extract and cream.

Three . ) Press in pie plate and put in the refrigerator to chill until needed .

Notes: You can experiment with different nuts and extracts for this crust . Try using walnuts or hazelnuts. Toast nuts in a dry skillet on the stove to get more flavor.

Cereal Crumb Pie Crust

Do not throw your cereal crumbs away! Collect them and in a few days , you will have more than enough crumbs to make a tasty pie crust .

5 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons sugar

Crushed corn flakes 1 cup

1. ) Melt butter , add sugar and crumbs . Mix well . Press down and sides of the cake pan and place in the refrigerator to chill until needed .

Notes: Do not stop at just cereal . Use rice cereal , bran flake type cereal or even fruit loops . If you really like to experience , then try a combination of two or thee types of cereals.

Holland Rusk Pie Crust

Holland biscuits circles toasted bread are mainly used for couches and sauces . If you can not find in your local area , you can order online or you can use Melba toast , which are similar .

1 cup Holland rusk crumbs

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. ) Mix crumbs rusk with butter, sugar and cinnamon.

Two . ) Press on the bottom and sides of pie plate and refrigerate until need.
