Mango + Date Dip delicious
A small, deep bowl of dates, mango, vanilla
and coconut Put 2 tablespoons of water and an immersion hand blender (stick
blender) to use. If you do not have a hand blender, you can use a high-speed
blender or food processor with a can of petite. More coconut milk as needed,
add puree the mixture. The final results of buttery, fluffy and fruit should be
free. Depending on how sweet you want it, you can add more or less dates. I dip
the frosting more fluffy and more like I used to date, which I love, that's it.
I am with a regular blender, mix it all that hard to get out because you want
to use an immersion hand blender, and it can be difficult to clean. But all of
you are, go for it!
My favorite way to enjoy this dip sliced apples (incredible) but there are
many other ways too. Use it as a topping for banana ice cream, to name a few,
pancakes, and even on celery, (that was this morning's breakfast!) Oatmeal or
in a warm quinoa mush swirled. Instead Mango, you come in late October, a small
banana, a peach, or when they are in season you can even try a persimmon. This
creates a decadent and naughty taste, but it is a little more pleasing to
satisfy your sweet tooth and make your way to a super healthy.
