Cooking ingredients:
6 pieces medium ripe saba, sliced diagonally
2 cups water
5 tablespoons butter or cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions:
1. Fry the sliced saba in butter or oil in a pan. Remove from pan and set aside.
