Making the Best Peanut Brittle Recipe

Instructions:

Place the iron skillet on the stove and add the Karo syrup, sugar and water. Start in the middle and bring the mixture to a boil, add the peanuts and up to medium-high and cook until the mixture becomes a caramel and peanuts begin to appear (warning if you do not bring it to her fragile caramel not configured correctly), remove from heat and add the baking soda, stirring rapidly. Pour into a greased cookie sheet and let cool completely. Rotate the baking sheet once slightly brittle is cool and then enter the size of the pieces you want. Enjoy.
Always measure things before they start and I have my cookie sheet ready to go.

Warning: Do not double this recipe because you will find that you do not have enough space on your Iron Skillet and you'll end up with a mess, because it doubles or triples in size when you add the baking soda.
